Shipping destinations: We currently ship to addresses in Hong Kong only.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping cost: Free (HK$0)Â on all orders within Hong Kong. There is no minimum order value.
- No additional handling fees are charged at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing time: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Delivery time: 10–15 business days (Monday to Friday) after dispatch

- Daily cut-off time:Â 03:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Hong Kong Standard Time. Orders placed before 03:00 PM are processed the same business day; orders placed after 03:00 PM are processed the next business day.
Please note: for custom products, we will contact you separately to confirm the desired specifications before the order is processed and shipped.
Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number and proof of payment. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. Please also check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.
If you have not received a tracking number within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@mypreciousname.com.
